BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 67.05(6a)(a)2.a. of the Wisconsin Statutes, the District Clerk is hereby directed to submit the foregoing Initial Resolution to the electors for approval or rejection at the April 7, 2020, spring election. The Initial Resolution shall not be effective unless adopted by a majority of the school district electors voting at the referendum.
