Actual Wording: BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the School District of Osceola, Polk and St. Croix Counties, Wisconsin, that the final school district budget shall include an amount of $950,000 each year in excess of the revenue limits imposed by Section 121.91 of the Wisconsin Statutes on a recurring basis over a period of four years commencing with the 2017-18 school year aggregating total recurring revenue cap relief of $3,800,000 for recurring purposes consisting of maintaining reasonable class sizes, educational programming and maintaining District operations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 121.91(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the foregoing resolution be submitted to the electors for approval or rejection at the election to be held on April 4, 2017.
