Actual Wording: BE IT RESOLVED, WHEREAS, the School Board of the Tri-County Area School District, Waushara, Portage and Adams Counties, Wisconsin (the "District"), has heretofore duly adopted a resolution entitled: "Resolution Authorizing the School District Budget to Exceed Revenue Limit by $1,450,000 for Recurring Purposes" (the "Revenue Limit Resolution"); and
WHEREAS, the School Board deems it to be desirable and in the best interest of the District to direct the District Clerk to submit the Revenue Limit Resolution to the electors for approval or rejection at the regularly scheduled election to be held on April 4, 2023.

Actual Wording: BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the Tri-County Area School District as follows: Referendum Election: The District Clerk is hereby directed to call a referendum election to be held in the District at the regularly scheduled spring election to be held on April 3, 2007, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the District the proposition of whether the District may exceed the revenue limits, as set forth in Section 121.91(2m), Wis. Stats., by inclusion in the final District budget the recurring amounts in each of the following four (4) consecutive school years: 2007-2008 ($450,000); 2008-2009 ($410,000); 2009-2010 ($350,000); 2010-2011 ($213,000); and for each subsequent school year thereafter, such excess to be used for the recurring costs associated with general operations, including the maintenance of educational programs and facilities of the District.
