Said Initial Resolution was adopted pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes to authorize a borrowing in an amount not to exceed $9,200,000 through the issuance of general obligation bonds of the District for the public purpose of paying the cost of adding to and remodeling the elementary and middle schools and acquiring related equipment, furniture and fixtures.
A copy of said Initial Resolution and a detailed breakdown of the capital improvement program to be financed with the proceeds of the proposed Bond issue are on file in the District Office located at 351 High Street, Wrightstown, Wisconsin 54180 and may be inspected weekdays except holidays, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The School Board has called for a referendum election on the Initial Resolution to be held on April 3, 2007.
