    Has Performance Clause

Brief Description: Funds for the public purpose of paying the cost of energy efficiency and capital improvement projects at District buildings and grounds including lighting and electrical improvements, building envelope improvements, door replacement, HVAC improvements, security and technology system improvements, and acquisition of equipment.

Actual Wording: Be it resolved that the North Crawford School District is exercising its taxing authority under s. 121.91 (4) (o), Wis. Stats., on or before October 1, to exceed the revenue limit on a non-recurring basis by an amount the District will spend on new energy efficiency measures and energy efficiency products for projects in the 2016-17 school year. The project is financed with $998,009 General Obligation Promissory Notes for a term of 10 years. Only a portion of the Note issue will finance energy efficiency projects. The debt service associated with that portion ($716,309) is shown below and would use the exemption on an annual basis.
