Brief Description: Energy Efficiency Measures to be implemented at Lincoln Elementary, District office, Early Learners Center, Rossman Elementary, and Central Middle School. Updates include lighting, energy efficient food service equipment, HVAC updates, and building envelope (roofing.

Actual Wording: Be it resolved that the school district of Hartford Joint #1 is exercising its taxing authority under s. 121.91 (4) (o), Wis.Stats., to exceed the revenue limit on a non-recurring basis by an amount the district will spend on new energy efficiency measures and renewable energy products for the 2018-2019 school year. The amount to be levied and expended is $559,144. The board has entered into a 10 year performance contract under s. 66.0133, Stats., with Performance Services, Inc for a project to implement the following energy efficiency measures or to purchase energy efficiency projects. The board has identified the following required performance indicators that will measure the energy savings and/or energy cost avoidance in an amount equal to the exemption request and will include a timeline for recoupment of the investment costs. The paragraph below is intended to serve as the required Addendum to the District Annual Budget Report as required by 65.90 Wis. Stats. This report summarizes the as-built savings for the implemented systes at the Hartford Jt #1 School District for the first performance year. The project has natural gas (Therm) and electric (kWh) savings due to the implemented Facility Improvement Measures (FIM). The summarized energy savings through June 30, 2014 are as follows: Unit Ventilator Replacement: Anticipated Savings $5,500; Actual Savings $5,515.
