Brief Description: revenue limit exemption for energy efficiencies

Actual Wording: Be it resolved that the Oconto Falls School District is exer-cising its taxing authority under s.121.91(4)(o), Wis. Stats., to exceed the revenue limit on a non-recurring basis by an amount the district will spend on new energy efficiency measures and renewable energy products for the 2009-10 school year. The amount to be levied and expended is $20,198. The project is the lighting at the Oconto Falls Elementary School. The performance indicators are: reduction in annual energy use, longer lamp life, higher output of light over the life of the bulbs, reduced maintenance for bulb replacement, and 100% return on investment in 3.06 years. The total energy savings during the 2009-10 fiscal year was 43,200 kWhs.
