Actual Wording: AMENDED ON 8-31-17: AMENDED RESOLUTION FOR REVENUE LIMIT EXEMPTIONS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCIES Be it resolved that the Milwaukee Board of School Directors is exercising its taxing authority under Wis. Stat. §121.91(4)(o), to exceed the revenue limit on a non-recurring basis by an amount the district will spend on new energy-efficiency measures and energy-efficiency products for the 2017-18 school year and an additional 18 years of debt for the term of the bond.
